I know I should wear sunscreen, but what if it burns my skin?

I used to try and wear sunscreen on my face every day to protect my skin, but it burns my skin and makes it really sensitive (I never have an issue with sensitive skin except when I put sunscreen on my face). I've tried regular sunscreen, which was too greasy, and oil-free sunscreen, and even a special sunscreen intended for faces, but it still burns.
The only sunscreen product I've used on my face that did not burn was Mary Kay's day solution part of the Timewise anti-aging line, but it's really expensive, like $30 for a tiny bottle.

Anyone know of a similar product, or something I could try that won't irritate my skin? I have really fair skin, and I know I need to use sunscreen... Especially since I'm starting to notice tiny little crinkle lines around my eyes.

go to your dermatoligist for something that will work great for you. also if you use a product like proactiv or something that has salicilyic acid in high levels (or any other acne treating medication) it makes you super sensitive to the sun even through sunscreen. mine did that when i used proactiv also. good luck!
