What is the best eye makeup remover for MAC LiquidLast Eyeliner?
Currently I use Sephora's Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover, but doesn't effectively wipe away everything.
I wear Mac Liquid Last Eyeliner which sticks to skin like nothing else and lots of removers don't even do anything! Does anyone have any suggestion?
