Male pattern hair loss: Propecia or Rogain or Himalaya ??

Hello, I am 27, Indian male. My hair started thinning a lot. Dermatologist performed biopsy and did not find cause and stated it's a male pattern hail loss.

I am really worried about my hair and it kills my confidence when interacting with people.

There are two suggestions for the treatment: 1. Propecia 2. Rogain. Sounds like I need to continue using them for entire my rest of life. If we stop using them, we will loose the hair. I'm also worried about the side effects. Doctor has suggested propecia, but I am worried that it might influence my sexual ability.
