Are there any long term effects to using Sally Hansen's creme hair bleach for face?
I've been using Sally Hansen's Creme hair bleach for face (see here:http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?CATID=100558&navAction=jump&navCount=0&id=prod6434) and I was wondering if there are any known adverse effects or long-term use effects. i only use it occasionally....will it cause wrinkles someday? or permanent damage? i just want to make sure it's safe.
