Coenzyme Q10 - in a form that’s called Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 it is more effective at penetrating into the skin and delivering antioxidants, which revitalizes your skin.

Security company McAfee has prepared its predictions for hacker threats in 2010. It forecasts a troubling year for Adobe software, which McAfee believes will be heavily targeted in 2010. Within the last several months, the FBI has seen a significant increase in fraud involving the exploitation of valid online banking credentials belonging to small and medium businesses, municipal governments, and school districts. In a typical scenario, the targeted entity receives a phishing" email, which either contains an infected attachment, or directs the recipient to an infected web site. Once the recipient opens the attachment or visits the web site, malware is installed on their computer. The malware contains a key logger, which will harvest the recipients business or corporate bank account login information. Shortly thereafter, the perpetrator either creates another user account with the stolen login information, or directly initiates funds transfers by masquerading as the legitimate user. 

You can make a difference—and help protect your own systems at home and at the office—by taking these basic steps: Change your security passwords regularly, have a firewall in place on your computer, get the latest anti-virus software, and install current security patches for your computer’s operating system. Also, take time to visit the FBI’s cyber web page to learn more about how our cyber action teams, computer crimes task forces, Innocent Images program, and Internet Crime Complaint Centre are playing vital roles in protecting cyberspace. Can you avoid getting caught by a scam artist working the web? Not always. But prudence pays. 

The FTC offers these tips to help you avoid getting caught by an offer that just may not click; Read the fine print and all relevant links. 
Fraudulent promoters sometimes bury the disclosures they're not anxious to share by putting them in teeny-tiny type or in a place where you're unlikely see them. Look for a privacy policy. If you don't see one - or if you can't understand it - consider taking your business elsewhere. Be sceptical of any company that doesn't clearly state its name, street address and telephone number. The

FTC has publicly Announced Its Newly Developed Cross-Border Fraud Guidelines. They have really cracked down on Internet marketers, and actively going after those that don't rigidly adhere to all their rules about disclosures disclaimers, terms of use, privacy and other legal documentation! They filed 45 criminal and civil law enforcement actions against Internet Marketers, in a single day. Government agencies do not send unsolicited e-mails of this nature. 

The FBI, Department of Justice, and other United States government executives are briefed on numerous investigations, but do not personally contact consumers regarding such matters. In addition, United States government agencies use the legal process to contact individuals. These agencies do not send threatening letters/e-mails to consumers demanding payments for Internet crimes. 

Fake eCards.
You get a message with a link to an online greeting card but, when you click it, you end up with a virus on your PC. A couple of simple rules here. Delete any messages that come from someone you don't know or that don't address you by name. If they come from someone you know, email that person to check that they sent it before clicking the link.

Holiday rentals. 2009 has seen a surge in ads offering bogus vacation rentals. You pay a deposit or even in full to get a key and that's the last you hear of them. Scammers are experts at creating phoney look-alike sites where you land after mistyping an address or by clicking on a link supplied in the e mail or ad. Always type in the URL and don’t just click on the link. 

DROP SHIPPERS 
You can get products to sell via eBay or/and your website by using the services of a drop shipper. A reliable drop shipper will not ask you for a fee. They will allow you to copy pictures of the products they sell. Prices are about half you would pay for retail. If you have a website they will allow you to move any listing on their site to yours. You set your price on the product/s you transfer. When an order comes in place the order they will ship it out for you under your shipping label and not include any of their material. A good way to promote is join as an affiliate, transfer a couple specials onto your site, with a link back to your affiliate page. Oily Skin Care; is There a Better Way?

If there is one thing worse than acne, it has to be oily skin. Millions of individuals are affected by oily skin and the search for the most effective oily skincare products seems as elusive as the Ogopogo.

Our skin normally secretes small amount of oil. This oil is beneficial in more ways than one. It helps to moisturize and also protects against many bacteria from infiltrating the skin. The oil is secreted by small glands located underneath each hair follicle. Except for the palms and soles, all skin surfaces possess these oil secreting glands. These glands are most commonly found on the nose, chin and forehead.

However, in some cases the production of oil does become excessive. Oily skin is often obvious. Besides being a cosmetic problem it can also lead one to lose confidence and self esteem. Many individuals who have oily skin have found this problem to be uncomfortable and embarrassing. Why the oils are secreted in excess is not fully understood but is linked to the genetic makeup and the male sex hormone. Too much of the male sex hormone, dihydrotestosterone and a lot of bad luck appear to be the key causes of this disagreeable cosmetic problem.

Because this oil is a normal part of our daily body function, treatment against excessively oily skin is difficult. While there are many oily skincare products, the majority are not effective.

For some people treatment of
oily skin care
has been a great disappointment. Many individuals believe that buying the most expensive product on the market is the answer. This is not true. The basics of treating an oily skin should start at home.

You can significantly reduce the amount of oil on the skin using a common sense approach. Wash your face at least 2-3 times a day and wipe gently. Use a non fragrant soap since too many chemicals in the soap can lead to irritation. Just before bedtime, apply a few drops of an astringent and wipe the face with a cotton ball. You may even use lemon juice to clean the skin. If you do get acne, never squeeze or break the pimples. You can end up with a scar and even spread the acne. Worse, dirt can now get inside the broken skin.

On the other hand excessive washing can lead to dry skin. Do not use alcohol based products because even though effective, the alcohol can remove all the oil from the skin and lead to peeling, dryness and blistering. For some people excessive oily skin is associated with certain foods. So try and avoid foods which are rich in fats. Spicy and hot foods can also aggravate oily skin. Once you have tried these basic oily skin care measures you will definitely see a reduction in the grease.

For those who continue to have a greasy skin, the next step is to use an oily skin care cleansing product. Because there are so many oily skincare products out there, it is important to choose the right one. For the most effective treatment, look for oily skin care creams which contain kaolin, shea butter or allantoin. While these products are slightly more expensive, they are proven to work and will save you a lot more money in the long run.

Zinc Acne Treatment That Gets Results

Zinc is a mineral and it is believed that it has curative properties on a skin where there are acne growths. It is believed that zinc can reduce the symptoms of acne. I wanted to find out the truth and so I carried out experimentation for 7 long years. And after my research, I have been able to find out the zinc and acne connection.

So what is zinc and what is the zinc acne connection all about? How does the zinc acne treatment affect the sufferers and what is the best way to use this treatment to get relief from this terrible disease? And can the zinc acne treatment give permanent relief? Here is something important that you will need to remember: zinc as an acne treatment may be effective, however take care not to mix it with some chemical substances, supplements and food items because they will make zinc less effective and its impact will go down by quite a bit.

So what are these inhibitors of zinc that does not let zinc function properly?

Zinc acne treatment: here are the various inhibitors

As mentioned above, there are some food items, supplements and conditions that can come in the way of the zinc being properly absorbed in the body. This may significantly reduce the impact of zinc on the acne.

So what are these inhibitors? Phytic acid that you will find in high level grains has been found to be one of them in recent studies. The acid can reduce the absorption by about 15%. And thus, those who are suffering from acne need to have fewer grains just about one to two servings a day. Grains may lead to mucus and acidity and taking them with zinc for acne can be a challenge.

Another zinc inhibitor is soy protein. If you are on the zinc for acne treatment, you need to take less soy as it can bind to minerals and lead to less zinc absorption.

Then there are other minerals like copper and inorganic iron. They also come in the way of zinc for acne bio-availability. However this issue can be solved easily, unless of course you are suffering from copper toxicity. Try not to take copper more than 2-3 mg a day and also do not take inorganic iron supplements.

Too much of physical exertion may lead to an increased demand by the body for zinc and thus, when you are exercising, you need to also take more zinc for acne treatment.

Strictly follow these rules to maximize the zinc acne treatment results:

1. Always take several nutrients like fatty acids, cod liver oil and coconut oil along with the zinc acne treatment as they will aid the establishment of the hormonal balance. You diet may not be enough and when this is the case, you will need supplements for these nutrients.

2. The food you are eating should not have zinc inhibitors such as excess copper and inorganic iron because this will come in the way of absorption. Also, if you engage in excessive physical activity, you need increase your intake of zinc.

3. Restrict the zinc intake daily to 100 mg; it is best taken with food. Remember, if you have more than that, it may lead to toxicity.

4. You will find zinc in many foods but it is basically a mineral and it is present in the same soil where cultivation takes place. And so the quality of the food depends greatly on how good or poor the soil is. Thus, getting your vegetables that have come from organic farming is always a good idea.

5. Food items often have little amounts of zinc in them and because of this, supplementation becomes necessary for the zinc acne treatment. Now there are basically 2 kinds of zinc supplements and they are Zinc gluconate and Zinc Monomethionine (Opti-Zinc). Zinc Monomethionine is better because it is more effective for the acne. It can also be better absorbed by the body.

6. Before you begin this line of treatment, always check for copper toxicity because if you have this, then the zinc cannot be absorbed properly. Ask for a blood test or muscle testing (Kinesiology). Caucasian people having brown nipples may indicate copper toxicity.

Though it may help, but zinc alone cannot work wonders. This is because the acne did not occur from a deficiency in the level of zinc, but a lot of primary and secondary factors.

But this does not mean that the zinc acne treatment will not give you results. You need to just ensure that you are not encouraging any zinc inhibitors and that, you are taking it with the right nutrients in the correct quantity. Yes, the zinc acne treatment can control the level of hormone and reduce the symptoms of acne.

What cleanser do you reccomend?

I'e been using this new garnier nutritioniste gel cleanser that has vitamin B5 and green leaf extract which is supposed to be good for the skin but it dosen't seem to help my t-zone (my problem areas). Other than my t-zone my face is pretty clear, so I'm not sure if a cleanser with salicylic acid would be too strong or if I need to go ahead and just use it ? None of the cleasners I've tried actually get into the pore it seems like, and my nose has blackheads. I exfoliate 1-2 times a week and use at home masks and everything but my t-zone never seems to clear up ! I know everyones skin is different but what do you reccomend? I would like to be able to purchase it from the drug store.

I love Cetaphil as it doesn't change the ph level of your skin! You can exfoliate every other day actually just don't use anything too harsh... I got the Olay regenerist polisher.. It has micro crystals, Glycolic acid and it heats up.

I'm curious which cream you use? The only cream I can suggest is Yonka creme PG... that will help with shine... I'm sure you can find something at the drugstore maybe biore has something.

Good luck.. remember that oils aren't necessarily bad.. keep your routine consistent and simple. Skin can over compensate (with oil) for being to dry as well.

WHAT'S YOUR EVERYDAY FACE/MAKEUP ROUTINE?

Here's mine :)

Step 1) I wash my face with the 3 step Clinique Acne Solution.

Step 2) I apply a moisturizer for my eyes and face.

Step 3) Once the moisturizer has dried up, i then put on a Mac Prep Prime Skin.

Step 4) I put a green concealer from Physicians Formula on my blemishes,pimples or redness i may have on my face,i then set it with a Physicians Formula Truculent Powder.

Step 5) I also apply Mac's concealer under my eyes to hide circles,then i set.

Step 6) I apply Mac Studio Fix SPF 15 on my face,then i set.

Step 7) To give me colorful check's, i put some blush on the apples of my check's. MAC Blush Style.

Step 8) I put a Highlighter on my check bone's to define them.

Step 9) I set again but this time with Benefit's Peach Powder.

Step 10) Curl lash's,apply mascara and curl :)

Last and not least some lip gloss <33

2. Apply moisturizer to my face and set
3. Put a light beige eyeshadow on my eyelids.
4. Then, on top of that, I mix a light golden with a mild pink and apply to the outer corners of my eyes,
5. Then, take a darker silver and apply a little bit of that on my fingertip. Then I gently rub it all over my eyelids. Making sure it's not too light and not too dark. Blend with a blending brush.
6. Curl lashes and apply one coat of my favorite mascara. Then, on the second coat, I apply a water proof mascara.
7. Apply a brown eyeliner. Make it thicker on the outer bottom parts of my eye and thinner on the inner bottome parts of my eye.
8. Last, I apply a little bit of moisturizer again. Then a light flavorful lip gloss.

The Tooth About Vision Restored

Damage to one’s eye is often permanent and results in poor that can not be improved by any optical means. The development of new optical aids has dramatically impacted a patient’s ability to see after trauma or accidents affecting the eye. One such change has been small telescopes that can enlarge the image onto a damaged retina, or move an image to a better or more sensitive part of the retinal tissue.

One problem with such devices has been the patient’s ability to actually wear and use this complex instrument. They are unsightly and cumbersome to use and frequently result in lack of use. Thus the need to better deliver this optical aid became a priority within the low vision field of practitioners.

A new procedure called Osteo-odonto-keratoprosthesis was performed on a Mississippi woman to help her see after losing sight due to Stevens Johnson Syndrome. Dr Victor Perez of the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute employed an extracted tooth from the patient, shaved, sculptured and modified it to hold and optical cylinder with a telescope. This tooth/telescope unit was then implanted under the patient’s skin so it could bond and give time for the body’s immune system to get used to. It was left there for 1 month during which time the eye was prepared for its’ surgical insertion.

This unit was then implanted in the eye at the iris plain. Two weeks post op, the patient was able to read 20/70, and Dr Perez expected her vision to further improve as the swelling decreased. This patient used her own tooth as prosthesis in her eye and may serve as a model for further such procedures. She has a gap in her smile, but can finally see again.

To satisfy your burning curiosity, I’ve listed the top ten James Bond gadgets that made us see all 22 movies of 007’s conquest to save the world.

10. Garrote Watch
There’s nothing like a timepiece that tells you the time and also serves as a way to annihilate an enemy. The garrote watch from the 007 franchise, From Russia with Love definitely proves that lethal weapons come in small packages. A thin wire can be drawn from this wristwatch truly making handy when James Bond needed to annihilate a nemesis named Red Grant.

It contains a surprising number of modifications including bullet-proof windows and body, tear gas features emitted from the sides of the car, mini-missiles coming out of its sunroof, metal spike dispensers in the rear, re-inflatable tires, and lethal grenades (whew). Being a true James Bond vehicle, the BMW 750il can be accessed only by Bond himself through his high-end mobile phone. If anyone else dares to lay a finger on its door handles, this BMW can deliver strong electric shocks enough to make anyone pass out. This is one touchy car.

2. BMW Z8 (The World is Not Enough)

We first caught sight of this pimped James Bond vehicle in The World is Not Enough. This remote-controlled car is equipped with missiles and a set of weaponry that become really handy when James Bond had to destroy one of the helicopters in the film. The BMW Z8 is absolutely a mammoth of a vehicle.

We’ve seen Bond steer, ride and strut these high tech vehicles. With the release of his next flick, Quantum of Solace, more James Bond vehicles are sure to grace the screen. After all, a James Bond film is not complete without some roaring machines. 

1. Aston Martin V12 Vanquish (Die Another Day)

This car doesn’t only bridge the gap between the road and tracks. Staying true to its signature innovativeness and sleek design, this Aston plays tricks on your eyes with its awesome additional option, Adaptive Camouflage (the what?). In simpler and less complicated English, it just means that this beauty can literally disappear before your very eyes. Without magic or frills, the Aston Martin V12 Vanquish uses “tiny cameras on all sides to project the image they see onto a light emitting polymer skin on the opposite sideâ€. Once again, in plain and less complicated English, the technology of the car makes it invisible to the naked eye.

It’s beautiful and dandy, but the car also has deadly tricks behind its front-grille. Cate Blanchett, nominated for Best Supporting Actress and Best Actress, accessorised her baby bump in a satin Dries Van Noten dress.

However, for many of these women, red carpet glamour doesn't come naturally. Their glowing appearance on the red carpet is actually due to personal trainers, cleavage facials, intense dieting, stiletto foot surgery, under-arm botox and, of course, last-minute liposuction.

David Kirsch is a Hollywood-based trainer renowned for whipping celebrities into shape. He said: "If their schedule allows, they'll come in a month beforehand, but on average it's 2-4 weeks before the big night." Before prescribing his clients an appropriate fitness regime, David will discuss the dress with them, "I want to make sure the exposed area is at its best, bearing in mind the camera will add a little weight. There can be no jiggle." David's clients include Liv Tyler, who worked out with him twice a day before last years Oscar event.

If a star's schedule will not permit them to exercise, they must turn to good old-fashioned dieting. Helen Mirren confessed that she had been "dieting for a month" before one Oscar ceremony and stars have turned to increasingly bizarre ways to lose weight. Heidi Klum is thought to eat salads covered in vinegar, which suppress her appetite before an event, as well as sniffing grapefruit essence to stop her craving sugar.

If stars can't lose weight naturally, they turn to last-minute liposuction. Indeed, at a recent Oscar ceremony, one TV star thought she had a bump of fat that spoiled her dress. So, rather than swap her fancy frock for another, she simply called dermatologist Dr Patricia Wexler, who said "it was easier to do a little liposuction than to fix the dress." Wexler also admits, "I have had designers demanding liposuction for an actress who didn't look as good in their gown as they wanted her to. One designer rang ten days before the Oscars complaining that it was impossible to change the dress. It was a really low-back dress and the star's waistline wasn't smooth enough. I did the lipo and by Oscar night she looked great."

Another popular pre-Oscar plastic surgery fix is to inject muscle-relaxing injections (Botox) into the armpit to prevent sweat stains. After all, who wants to get a sweat stain on their designer gown? The treatment can last for up to a year and costs around £500. However, as celebrity dermatologist Dr Jessica Wu explains, "When you're wearing a £10,000 gown it's worth it to stay dry, plus it saves on the cost of deodorant and dry cleaning."
