The Best Body Moisturizing Creams â?? for Amazingly Healthy and Beautiful Skin

Are you sick of wasting your money on moisturizers that don’t improve your skin one bit? Most people have a hard time deciding what the best body moisturizing cream is, so they just buy whatever is on the commercials.

The downside on buying whatever is on commercial is that most of those companies put more money on marketing than on developing their products. Many of them claim to have the best body moisturizing cream, but most are actually far from it.

How I Found the Best Body Cream

When I started looking for a moisturizer I didn’t want another mediocre product that didn’t work; I wanted the most effective and best body moisturizing cream.

So I looked online for a company that put a great deal of their resources into scientific researching and developing their moisturizer creams. The companies I found has almost no advertising, the word-of-mouth is their most powerful marketing.

Next thing I did was to look at the list of ingredients in their moisturizers. I dismissed the ones with chemical additives like parabens, dioxanes, mineral oil or fragrances. Why? Because they are ineffective and can lead to skin irritation, clogged pores and even cause disease.

I have now tried many different body moisturizers, and the one that has worked best for me contains proven ingredients like Cynergy TK, Phytessence Wakame and CoenzymeQ10.

They may sound foreign and weird, at least I thought so. But they are extremely effective, let me tell you a little bit about them.

Cynergy TK - a substance from the wool of New Zealand sheep. It contains functional keratin, a protein that is easily available for the body and actually stimulates it to produce more collagen and elastin. This rejuvenates your skin and makes it smoother.

Phytessence Wakame - this is a Japanese sea kelp extract that has been proven to increase skin elasticity. It is rich in nutrition like minerals and antioxidants that are vital for the skin, and is very moisturizing and healing.

Coenzyme Q10 - in a form that’s called Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 it is more effective at penetrating into the skin and delivering antioxidants, which revitalizes your skin.

Just these three ingredients in generous amounts can go a long way and will definitely help you get healthier, more moisturized skin. In combination with other safe and natural ingredients they will make the best body moisturizing creams you can find.

Remove Wrinkles::Skin Firming Face and Neck Cream

 

You can remove wrinkles with a skin firming face and neck cream IF it has the right ingredients.  Some skin care products do not work because the ingredients are not effective.  Why is this?

Ingredients That Don't Work

Would you put crank case oil from your car on your face?  Of course not, not even if it was new and unused.  Why not?  Because it comes from crude oil as does gasoline.  So does petroleum jelly or petrolatum.  Petrolatum is in many products.

The dangers of petrolatum is becoming more widely known.  One big reason for the publicity is that it is under suspicion as possibly related to breast cancer. It comes under names that sound safe, like "mineral oil."  For now be careful and stop using it where possible.  Besides that it clogs the skin pores.

Safe Skin Care Ingredients

Oils from:  Avocado and Grape Seed

Grape seed oil is very good for the skin and great as an ingredient for skin firming.  As an antioxidant, it fights the renegade free radicals that do harm to the skin cells.  Avocado oil is an excellent choice.  It is best used in night creams in the evening before going to bed .

Looking younger makes us feel younger.  That in itself is a fantastic emotional uplift.  To smooth out skin wrinkles we must tighten or firm up the skin. 

Growing new skin it the best way for firming face and neck skin.  As we get older our skin doesn't renew as fast as when younger.  But the body still knows how to grow the needed skin.  It just needs a little more help than before.  Nutrition is the key.  Both inside the body, thru proper supplements, and outside with skin firming ingredients that  are natural.  Including fish oil, especially xtend fish oil, will work inside and outside on restoring skin.

Some Skin Firming Creams Are Useless

That sounds tough but it is true.  Some are highly promoted on TV infomercials  that are just plain junk.  Expensive department stores hawk skin care products that smell great but have harmful fragrances.   They are full of mostly synthetic ingredients that are cheap to make and do little for skin firming.

Imitation ingredients or synthetic compounds can be very dangerous.  For example, paraben is a name you will find in many skin products.  Paraben is a preservative to extend shelf life of the product so it doesn't spoil quickly.  Parabens are under suspicion because they have been found in breast cancer patients.  It is best not to use any kind of paraben; they are not necessary.

Safer Ingredients

Vitamin E is a natural preservative and is the safest. When vitamin E is combined with grape seed oil it makes the skin firming cream very effective.

Fragrance Danger

The word fragrance is listed on many skin care products and many other products as well.  What is a fragrance and why is it used?  Obviously, you may think to enhance the product appeal.  Yes, pleasant odors are nice, IF they are safe.  Most fragrances are used to cover up the foul smelling ingredients that are in many skin care products.  No one ever knows what is in the fragrance but sometimes it is:Paraben.

Fragrances can do havoc to a person who has allergies.  Itching and watery eyes and throats along with some sneezing shouldn't come from your skin care products.  So eliminate parabens and fragrances; they are not needed.

Anti-wrinkle? Why fight a losing battle?

How come we're obsessed with looking younger than we really are? Sure, we all love compliments, but why the need to deny reality?

No doubt the media plays a part. Advertising too. Supermarket shelves are overflowing with anti-wrinkle creams, anti-wrinkle serums and anti-wrinkle formulas.

As for the internet… try putting "anti-wrinkle" into Google. I just did and was offered search listings running into hundreds of thousands for anti-wrinkle cream, anti-wrinkle eye cream, anti-wrinkle eye pads… even anti-wrinkle foods, anti-wrinkle pillow and anti-wrinkle bra! Then, in a nod to what we already know about most of these products, there was "anti-wrinkle creams that work". It's not purely a female obsession either – there were some 700,000 Google listings for anti-wrinkle creams for men.

Are wrinkles really that ugly?

Aren't they supposed to be a sign of maturity and wisdom? Don't they add character? Well, yes, but they're also a glaring announcement that you're past the peak of your physical attractiveness. You got wrinkles, you're no longer desirable. Why else would celebrities and movie stars part with megabucks to iron out their furrowed jowls and brows?

Goodbye sebum, hello wrinkles

Ironically, with the right conditions, your skin is actually pretty good keeping wrinkles at bay. Not eliminating wrinkles altogether, but certainly making them less noticeable. It's easy to forget that your skin is constantly renewing itself.

The reason that wrinkles, frown lines and crow's feet show up is that your body loses its ability to produce sebum – the waxy substance that keeps skin supple and elastic. A baby's skin is a joy to touch: so plump, soft and silky smooth. The reason? Sebum. A baby's body needs all the protection it can get, and a mega dose of sebum is nature's way of providing that protection.

By the time we reach our thirties, our ability to produce sebum is in decline. Our skin starts to become dryer, thinner and less elastic. Crease lines appear. Say hello to wrinkles.

Why oil beats water as a "moisturizer"

What all anti-wrinkle products aim to do is make up for our lack of sebum. Different formulas work in different ways. But essentially, the goal of anti-wrinkle creams and anti-wrinkle serums is to give the skin back some of that elasticity.

Some do this by moisturizing – introducing water into the skin's outermost layer. Others promote the absorption and retention of oily substances that are effectively a replacement for the depleted sebum.

It's this second type that are the "anti-wrinkle creams that work", though the most effective are not creams but carefully formulated oil blends. In fact, creams and moisturizers may actually work against your skin's natural self-preservation in the long run. They can interfere with the delicate mix of lactic acid, amino acids, urea and salts that help keep the skin's outer layer moisturized, making skin even dryer than it would be if you didn't use a moisturizer.

Which tinted moisturizer would you recommend? Dermalogica, Laura Mercier, MAC etc.?

My skin is combination and I occassionally get hormonal blemishes but nothing too serious - I do not have acne. I'm just looking for something to even out my skin tone that I can wear every day.

Brands I've been looking at; Dermalogica, Laura Mercier, MAC, MD Skincare, Philosophy, Stila ... or anything else you would recommend.

Price isn't a huge concern - I'm more basing my choice on quality. It needs to be oil-free as I plan to wear it every day and can't have it blocking my pores, SPF protection and no pink undertones as I am Italian/Spanish mix British so I'm pale but olive. I would prefer yellow/olive undertones.

Who's tried what? Which would you recommend for me?

Dermalogica is really good, the only problem is that it only has 3 different color tones. If MAC makes one I would try that first because they more likely have your skin color tone.

When choosing a skin care product, we are at loss these days as there are so many to choose from. There are so many brands in the market claiming that they are the best and can cure almost any type of skin problems. Price wise, these products are not cheap either and we do not want to buy something that is not effective. To decide on a skin care product, we have to think about our skin type and what our skin needs.

When thinking about what might be the best skin care product for your face or body, think about the condition of your skin when you apply other things. If you have ever had a reaction to anything, or something that seemed benign has made you break out, you may have skin sensitivity or even an allergic reaction. That means you should consider that the best skin care product for you is one that is made for sensitive skin. I have found that as long as I am consistent in using any product they all work about the same.
